Little Cry Click is a photography and videography service provider. As our services are primarily digital in nature, this Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the process for delivery of digital and physical products, wherever applicable.


1. Service Delivery (Digital Content)

  • All photographs and videos are delivered in digital format only, unless a physical product has been specifically purchased.
  • Edited content is shared via online transfer methods such as Google Drive, private download links, or other secure digital platforms.
  • Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on the scope of the shoot, editing requirements, and workload.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time for edited photos and videos ranges between 15 to 45 working days from the date of the shoot.
  • Any delays caused due to technical issues, force majeure events, or client-requested changes shall not be considered a breach of service.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • Physical products such as photo frames, albums, prints, or customized items (if included in the package or purchased separately) will be dispatched after final client approval.
  • Shipping timelines for physical products may vary depending on location, vendor availability, and courier services.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping or delivery charges are not included in any package or add-on unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
  • Any applicable delivery or courier charges must be borne by the client.

5. Delivery Address & Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details for physical products.
  • Little Cry Click shall not be liable for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Non-Delivery or Access Issues

  • In case of digital delivery, Little Cry Click will assist in re-sharing the content if access issues are reported within a reasonable time.
  • Failure to download or access files due to client-side issues shall not be the responsibility of Little Cry Click.

7. No International Shipping

  • Currently, physical product shipping is available within India only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Policy Amendments

Little Cry Click reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon publication.
