Little Cry Click is a photography and videography service provider. These Terms & Conditions explain the terms applicable when You access our website, contact us, make a booking, or use our photography and related services.
By accessing our website, contacting us, making a booking, or using any of our services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Little Cry Click.
The package, shoot duration, services, deliverables, and other inclusions will be communicated at the time of booking.
Once a booking is confirmed, the selected date and time slot will be reserved exclusively for the client.
2. Advance Payment
The required advance payment must be paid to confirm the booking.
The advance payment amount may vary depending on the selected package or service.
All advance payments and payments made towards any service are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the payment terms communicated at the time of booking.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Little Cry Click understands that clients may sometimes need to change their scheduled shoot date.
Any request to reschedule a confirmed booking must be communicated to Little Cry Click at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot date and time.
A minimum of 72 hours’ prior notice is mandatory for rescheduling.
Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot may not be accepted and the booking may be treated as cancelled.
If a client requests to reschedule a confirmed booking, a fresh advance payment will be required to confirm the new date and time slot.
The advance/payment made for the original booking will not be refunded or transferred to the new booking.
The new booking will be confirmed only after the required fresh advance payment has been received and the new date and time have been confirmed by Little Cry Click.
All rescheduling requests are subject to the availability of the studio, photographer, makeup artist, and other required team members.
Little Cry Click reserves the right to accept or decline a rescheduling request depending on availability and circumstances.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments made to Little Cry Click, including advance payments, booking amounts, partial payments, full payments, add-on payments, editing charges, album or print payments, rescheduling-related payments, and other service-related payments, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refund will be provided in case of:
- Client cancellation
- Change of plans
- Personal reasons
- Travel issues
- Health or family-related reasons
- Change in pregnancy plans
- Client being unable to attend the shoot
- Late arrival
- No-show
- Failure to provide the required 72-hour notice for rescheduling
- Any other reason from the client’s side
No refund, cash adjustment, or transfer of payment will be guaranteed once a booking or service has been confirmed.
5. Shoot Timing
Clients are requested to arrive at the studio or shoot location at the scheduled time.
The total session time mentioned in the selected package includes both makeup and photography time. Makeup and photography will not be provided in separate time slots. Both services must be completed within the total session duration included in the selected package.
Any delay caused by the client may reduce the available makeup and photography time.
Little Cry Click shall not be responsible for extending the shoot duration due to late arrival by the client.
Additional shooting time, if available, may be provided at an additional charge.
6. Packages & Services
Package inclusions are limited to the services specifically mentioned in the selected package.
Additional photographs, edits, videos, albums, prints, gowns, props, makeup services, or other add-on services may be charged separately.
Little Cry Click may make reasonable changes to gowns, props, backdrops, themes, or setups depending on availability.
The final output may vary slightly from reference images due to lighting, location, styling, poses, props, gowns, and other photography conditions.
7. Photography & Editing
Little Cry Click provides different types of photo editing depending on the selected package or editing requirement.
The type of editing included in a package will be communicated at the time of booking.
7.1 Normal Edited Photos
Normal Edited Photos include professional basic corrections such as:
- Exposure and brightness adjustment
- Colour correction
- White balance correction
- Contrast and tonal adjustments
- Basic skin retouching
- Minor blemish removal
- Basic cropping and composition adjustments
- Basic background cleanup where required
Normal editing is intended to enhance the original photograph while keeping the photograph natural and close to the actual shoot.
7.2 Creative Edited Photos
Creative Edited Photos include advanced artistic editing and creative manipulation beyond normal photo correction.
This may include:
- Creative background enhancement or replacement
- Advanced skin and beauty retouching
- Creative lighting effects
- Advanced colour grading
- Additional elements or decorative effects
- Creative compositing
- Artistic enhancement
- Special effects
- Premium retouching
Creative editing is intended to create a more stylised and visually enhanced final image. The final result may differ considerably from the original photograph depending on the selected creative concept.
Creative editing may be available only in selected packages or as an additional paid service.
7.3 AI Edited Photos
AI Edited Photos involve the use of Artificial Intelligence-based tools or software for specific editing or image-generation requirements.
AI editing may include:
- AI-based background generation or replacement
- AI-based image enhancement
- AI-based object removal or addition
- AI-based environment or scene modification
- AI-based creative effects
- AI-based restoration or enhancement
- Other AI-assisted creative modifications
AI editing can significantly change elements of the original photograph and may produce results different from the actual shoot environment, background, lighting, clothing details, props, or other visual elements.
AI-generated or AI-assisted elements may not always be an exact representation of the original scene or person. Minor differences, inaccuracies, or unnatural details may occur due to the limitations of AI technology.
AI editing will only be provided where it is specifically included in the selected package or separately requested and agreed upon.
7.4 Difference Between Editing Types
Normal Edited Photo: Natural professional enhancement of the original photograph with basic colour, lighting, skin, and quality corrections.
Creative Edited Photo: Advanced artistic editing where the original photograph may be creatively modified, enhanced, or composited to achieve a specific visual concept.
AI Edited Photo: Editing that uses AI-based tools to generate, replace, modify, enhance, or add visual elements. The final image may differ from the actual photograph or shooting environment.
The editing type will depend on the package selected by the client.
A client cannot claim Creative Editing or AI Editing when only Normal Editing is included in the selected package.
Little Cry Click reserves the right to determine whether a requested change falls under normal editing, creative editing, or AI editing.
8. Editing Revision Policy
Little Cry Click provides one revision only after the final edited photographs have been delivered.
The client must communicate all revision requirements together within the applicable revision period communicated by Little Cry Click.
The one revision may include reasonable changes to the delivered edited photographs within the scope of the selected editing type.
Only one revision is included. Any additional revision, re-editing, major alteration, change of editing style, creative manipulation, AI modification, or new editing request after the included revision may be charged separately.
Requests that require completely re-editing the photograph or changing the original agreed editing concept may be treated as additional editing work and may incur additional charges.
Little Cry Click reserves the right to determine whether a requested change is covered under the included revision or constitutes additional editing work.
9. Gowns, Props & Setups
Gowns, dresses, props, backdrops, themes, and other shoot elements are subject to availability.
Clients may select from the available options according to the selected package.
Little Cry Click may replace or modify a particular gown, prop, backdrop, or setup with a similar available option when required.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their name, contact details, booking date, shoot requirements, and other relevant information.
Clients must inform Little Cry Click in advance about any special requirements or circumstances that may affect the shoot.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the photography session.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children during baby and family photography sessions.
11. Delivery of Photos & Videos
Edited photographs and videos will be delivered according to the delivery timeline communicated at the time of booking.
Digital files may be delivered through Google Drive, private download links, WhatsApp, or other suitable digital transfer methods.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the selected package, editing requirements, workload, and type of service.
Little Cry Click shall not be responsible for delays caused by technical issues, force majeure events, or client-requested changes.
12. Data Retention
Little Cry Click may retain photographs, videos, RAW files, and project data for a limited period after the photography session.
Little Cry Click may retain photography data for a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the photography session.
After this period, the data may be permanently deleted without prior notice, and Little Cry Click shall not be responsible for its recovery.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their delivered files.
13. BTS, Reviews & Promotional Content
Little Cry Click may capture Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) photographs, videos, reels, clips, studio footage, and other content during the photography session.
BTS content, client reviews, testimonials, feedback, and other promotional content provided or received by Little Cry Click may be used, published, reposted, edited, or displayed by Little Cry Click at any time and on any platform, including but not limited to the Little Cry Click website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, advertisements, marketing campaigns, social media, promotional materials, and other digital or offline platforms, subject to applicable client consent.
Such content may be used for portfolio, branding, advertising, marketing, promotional, and business purposes.
Little Cry Click may crop, edit, resize, add text, add music, or otherwise modify such BTS content or reviews for promotional purposes.
14. Portfolio & Photography Use
Selected photographs and videos may be used by Little Cry Click for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, branding, and promotional activities, subject to applicable client consent.
Little Cry Click does not sell, rent, or commercially distribute client photographs or videos to unrelated third parties.
15. Third-Party Services
Certain services or products may involve third-party service providers, vendors, courier services, online payment platforms, or digital delivery platforms.
Little Cry Click shall not be responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or services beyond our reasonable control.
16. Force Majeure
Little Cry Click shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, technical failures, power outages, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such circumstances, Little Cry Click may provide an alternative date or solution subject to availability.
Any such alternative arrangement shall not create an entitlement to a refund.
17. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Little Cry Click reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Continued use of our website or services shall constitute Your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
