At Little Cry Click, we are committed to providing professional photography services with complete transparency. As our services involve advance scheduling, studio reservations, photographer allocation, makeup artist bookings, and other pre-arranged resources, this Refund & Returns Policy governs all payments made for our services.

1. Advance Payment

All advance payments made towards any booking are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including cancellation, change of plans, personal reasons, medical emergencies, or failure to attend the scheduled session.

2. Booking Cancellation

Once a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, Little Cry Click may allow rescheduling at its sole discretion, subject to prior notice and slot availability.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining balance amount must be paid immediately after completion of the photoshoot. No edited photographs, videos, albums, or any digital deliverables shall be released until full payment has been received.

4. Refund Eligibility

Since photography is a customized professional service, no refund shall be issued after:

  • Completion of the photoshoot.
  • Delivery of edited photographs or videos.
  • Partial or complete utilization of any booked service.
  • Delay caused by the Client.
  • Client’s dissatisfaction based on personal preferences or artistic expectations.

5. Returns

As Little Cry Click provides photography and digital creative services, physical or digital returns are not applicable. Once photographs, videos, albums, or digital files have been delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations where Little Cry Click is unable to provide the booked service due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, an alternative date, replacement service, or refund may be offered at the sole discretion of Little Cry Click.

7. Payment Disputes

Clients are requested to contact Little Cry Click before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with their bank or payment provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine concerns in a fair and timely manner.

8. Policy Updates

Little Cry Click reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall prevail.
