This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, bookings, services, and deliverables provided by Little Cry Click and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
By making any payment, confirming a booking, or availing our services through any mode (online, offline, phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person), the client expressly agrees to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Little Cry Click, including but not limited to advance payments, booking amounts, partial payments, and full payments, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind by the client
- Personal, medical, or family emergencies
- Scheduling conflicts or non-availability
- No-show or late arrival
- Dissatisfaction based on personal or subjective expectations
2. Advance / Booking Amount
- The advance amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
- The advance is charged to block the studio slot, professional team, equipment, gowns, props, and production resources.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation of a confirmed booking is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Photoshoots may be rescheduled or postponed subject to prior notice and studio availability.
- No refund, credit, or monetary adjustment shall be issued in case of rescheduling.
4. Post-Shoot Payments
- Once the photoshoot has been conducted, no refund shall be entertained, irrespective of usage or non-usage of the delivered content.
- In case of failure to clear the balance payment, all raw and edited data shall be withheld, without any obligation of refund.
5. Returns Policy (Digital Services)
Little Cry Click provides customized digital photography and videography services.
As such:
- Returns are not applicable to any delivered digital content (photos or videos).
- Once editing has commenced or data has been delivered, the service shall be deemed completed and accepted.
6. Dissatisfaction & Creative Preference
Photography is a creative and artistic service.
Refunds or returns shall not be granted due to:
- Differences in creative taste or expectations
- Editing style, poses, expressions, lighting, or background preferences
- Output variation from sample images shown for reference
Clients are advised to review our portfolio before booking.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
In rare cases of delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, technical failures, or emergencies), Little Cry Click’s liability shall be limited strictly to rescheduling the service, without any refund or compensation.
8. Policy Modifications
Little Cry Click reserves the unrestricted right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Acceptance of Policy
By proceeding with a booking or making a payment, the client unconditionally accepts this Refund & Returns Policy and waives any right to dispute the same at a later stage.
