Little Cry Click is a photography and videography service provider. As our services are primarily customized and scheduled according to individual client requirements, all payments made towards our photography and related services are subject to the following Refund & Returns Policy.

By making a booking or payment, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Little Cry Click are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Advance booking payments
  • Partial payments
  • Full payments
  • Package payments
  • Add-on service payments
  • Editing charges
  • Album or print payments
  • Rescheduling-related payments
  • Any other payment made towards our services

Once a payment has been made, the client shall not be entitled to a refund.

2. Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, the amount already paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation may include:

  • Change of plans
  • Personal reasons
  • Travel issues
  • Family reasons
  • Pregnancy-related changes
  • Client being unable to attend the shoot
  • Change in shoot requirements
  • Any other reason from the client’s side

No refund will be provided in any of the above circumstances.

3. Rescheduling

Clients who wish to reschedule a confirmed booking must provide at least 72 hours’ prior notice.

Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot may not be accepted.

If rescheduling is accepted, a fresh advance payment will be required to confirm the new date and time slot.

The amount paid for the original booking will not be refunded or transferred to the new booking.

The new booking will be considered confirmed only after the required fresh advance payment has been received.

4. No-Show & Late Arrival

If a client does not arrive for the scheduled shoot without proper notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

If the client arrives late, the available shoot time may be reduced according to the remaining scheduled slot.

Late arrival will not create any entitlement to a refund or automatic extension of the shoot.

5. Editing & Revision

Photography and editing services are customized according to the selected package.

After delivery of the final edited photographs, one revision is provided as per the applicable Terms & Conditions.

A request for additional revisions, major changes, re-editing, Creative Editing, AI Editing, or editing outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Payments made for editing or additional services are non-refundable.

6. Quality & Service Concerns

Little Cry Click makes reasonable efforts to provide photography, videography, editing, and other services according to the selected package.

Minor differences in colour, lighting, skin tone, composition, editing, or final appearance may occur due to photography and editing conditions.

Such differences shall not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any genuine service-related concern should be communicated to Little Cry Click so that it can be reviewed and, where applicable, addressed according to the agreed service scope.

7. Physical Products

Where physical products such as albums, frames, prints, or customized items are included or purchased separately, they are customized according to the client’s requirements.

Once production has started, cancellation or return may not be accepted.

Any issue regarding a damaged or incorrect physical product should be reported to Little Cry Click within a reasonable period of delivery, along with appropriate photographs or other supporting information.

Any replacement, correction, or resolution will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Non-Transferability

Payments made for a booking are associated with the specific booking and services agreed with the client.

Payments cannot be transferred to another person, booking, package, or service unless specifically approved by Little Cry Click in writing.

9. Exceptions

Little Cry Click does not guarantee any refund or monetary reimbursement under any circumstances.

Any exception, adjustment, replacement, or alternative arrangement, if offered, shall be entirely at the discretion of Little Cry Click and shall not establish an obligation to provide the same exception in future cases.

10. Policy Amendments

Little Cry Click reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our website or services shall constitute Your acceptance of the updated Refund & Returns Policy.
