These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally enforceable and binding agreement between the user, client, or customer (“You”, “Client”) and Little Cry Click (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), governing access to our website, studio premises, photography services, booking procedures, deliverables, and all related offerings.

By accessing our website, making a booking, confirming a slot, or availing any service through online, offline, telephonic, WhatsApp, email, or in-person means, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

1. Nature of Services

Little Cry Click is a professional photography brand specializing in Maternity Photography, Newborn & Baby Shoots, Baby Shower Shoots, Baby Birthday Shoots, and Pre-Birthday Photography Sessions.
Our main operational studio is located in Dwarka, New Delhi, with additional branches in Gorakhpur and Lucknow, along with partner studios operating across the Delhi NCR region.

2. Professional Experience & Infrastructure

Little Cry Click possesses over 5+ years of industry experience and has successfully catered to 7,000+ satisfied clients.
All services are delivered using professional-grade cameras, certified photographers, certified female makeup artists, trending maternity gowns, popular props, and a dedicated professional post-production team.

3. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • All bookings require an advance payment to secure the desired slot.
  • The advance amount is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, irrespective of circumstances.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted. However, rescheduling may be allowed subject to prior notice and availability.

4. Session Duration & Time Compliance

  • Each photography session is conducted strictly within the pre-defined time slot.
  • The time mentioned in the package includes both makeup and the photoshoot.
  • Any session exceeding the allotted duration shall attract additional charges, payable by the client.
  • Late arrival by the client shall not result in any extension or compensation, and the session shall conclude at the originally scheduled time.

5. Client Obligations & Preparation Guidelines

  • Wet hair is strictly prohibited during the photoshoot for hygiene, safety, and styling consistency.
  • Clients must arrange all personal accessories and additional items unless explicitly included in the package.
  • Clients are required to carry their personal kit.
  • For maternity shoots, clients must bring their ultrasound or pregnancy kit if required for the chosen concept.

6. Gowns, Props & Final Selection

  • Selection of gowns, outfits, and props is final and binding.
  • No changes, replacements, or exchanges shall be entertained once selections are confirmed prior to the shoot.

7. Payment Clearance & Data Handover

  • The entire balance payment must be settled immediately upon completion of the photoshoot.
  • No raw files, edited images, or videos shall be released until full payment is received.

8. Editing, Revisions & Artistic Discretion

  • Clients are entitled to one (1) revision only after delivery of edited content.
  • Creative Photo:

  • Edited Photo:

  • Any further modification requests shall be treated as chargeable add-ons.
  • Creative decisions including posing, lighting, color grading, framing, and editing style shall remain at the sole professional discretion of Little Cry Click.

9. Data Retention & Responsibility

  • Shoot data shall be retained by the studio for a maximum period of 15 days from the shoot date.
  • Post this duration, Little Cry Click shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for data loss, corruption, or retrieval.

10. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

  • All photographs and videos are deemed strictly confidential.
  • Shoot data shall not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
  • Content shall be delivered exclusively to the respective client only.

11. Portfolio & Promotional Rights

Little Cry Click reserves the exclusive right to utilize selected photographs or video content solely for portfolio presentation, official website display, social media platforms, and internal promotional or branding purposes. Under no circumstances shall any content be sold, licensed, transferred, or shared with third parties for commercial exploitation.

Furthermore, the client shall be entitled to only one (1) revision strictly after the delivery of the edited content. Any additional revisions or modification requests shall be treated as chargeable services at the sole discretion of Little Cry Click.

All images, videos, concepts, poses, props, and visual samples showcased on the website, social media, or marketing materials are purely indicative in nature and are intended only to demonstrate style and quality. The final output may vary based on multiple factors including lighting, location, client participation, and artistic discretion; therefore, clients are advised not to expect a 100% identical replication of any displayed sample.

12. Limitation of Liability

Little Cry Click shall not be held liable for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction or unmet aesthetic expectations
  • Delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances
  • Loss or damage arising due to client non-compliance with studio guidelines

13. Amendments & Modifications

Little Cry Click reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued usage of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking or availing any service, the client unconditionally agrees to all Terms and Conditions stated herein.
